Dr. Arun Kumar Uppal is a highly respected educationist, academic leader, and visionary in the field of physical education and sports science in India. With decades of experience in teaching, administration, research, and policy development, he has played a transformative role in strengthening the foundation of sports education across the country.

He has served as the Former Vice Chancellor of Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and Former Dean & Head of the Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE). Dr. Uppal is the only educationist in India to hold two post-doctoral degrees - D.Litt. and D.Sc. - in Physical Education, a testament to his exceptional academic contributions.

Awarded the prestigious President’s Award for his outstanding contributions to sports and education, Dr. Uppal continues to advocate for the integration of scientific training methodologies, evidence-based coaching, and holistic athlete development. Mr. Shivam Tyagi is the founder and driving force behind Ghaziabad Shooting Club (GSC), an academy dedicated to making sports shooting accessible, scientific, and performance-oriented. With a strong background in international-level shooting, he brings a structured and evidence-based approach to athlete development.

With over 5+ years of hands-on coaching and sports shooting consultancy experience, his methodology focuses on technical precision, mental conditioning, and long-term athlete progression. His expertise extends to indoor shooting range development for 10m Air Pistol and Air Rifle disciplines, aligned with ISSF standards.

He actively prepares athletes for National Championships, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, and the Olympic pathway, while also supporting schools and institutions through professional sports consultancy and structured shooting programs.

G. Rajaraman is one of India’s most respected and seasoned voices in sports journalism and communication, with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. His work has consistently bridged the worlds of sport, media, and public communication, shaping how sports narratives are reported and understood in India.

Over the years, he has contributed extensively across newspapers, magazines, television, and digital platforms. His association with leading publications such as The Hindu, The Pioneer, and Hindustan Times has firmly established his reputation for credibility, depth, and integrity in sports reporting.

Beyond traditional journalism, Mr. Rajaraman has played key communication roles within major sporting organizations. He has worked closely with the Delhi Daredevils IPL franchise and served on the Organising Committee of the 2010 Commonwealth Games, contributing to large-scale sports event communication and media coordination.
